Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, go to Settings → verify the supporter email is correct. Emails are sent from [email protected] — whitelist that address if needed.
Check: (1) the script is pasted correctly — it needs a data-key; (2) the script is before </body>; (3) open DevTools Console to look for errors. If it still doesn't work, send us the URL via this form.
Log in to dash.inboxplus.app/settings/ → Workspace Settings. You can change the display name, avatar, and primary color.
